Display Wall...

Creating a photo display wall
 can be tricky
so here's a few tips
to keep in mind.

1. The shape of your wall will dictate the shape of your display wall.

2. The center of your photo display should be at eye level, approximately 60" high (measuring up from the floor). Keep in mind this means the center of the artwork should be 60" high, not the top of the artwork.

3. Use similar frames & display them either all in color or all in black & white. Vary the frame sizes.

4. Have a focal point, you can use the largest piece you have or create one using darker frames to anchor your center point.

5. Don't be afraid to mix frames with other forms of wall decor. It will create more visual interest.

6. Lay it all out on the floor before bringing out the hammer & nails. Your eye will tell you what looks pleasing.

A very popular trend
is to take empty vintage frames,
placed asymmetrically to
create a display wall.

It's a very economical way
of creating interest on a large wall
like shown in the picture above.

A symmetrical grid
of frames
in black
white is a timeless look.

Check in store for great frames
like the ones shown above.
